Be empowered to actively address conflicts, violence and injustice. Meet a supportive, local community of others who share your concerns and hopes.
Facilitators will guide us through readings, study, discussions, experiential activities, reflection, music and
media presentations, as we explore:
- Sources of Violence
- The Transforming Power of Nonviolence
- Successful Nonviolent Social Movements
- Community-Building
- Planning for Personal, Social, Spiritual and Political Action
In the compassionate ways of Gandhi, Dorothy Day and Martin Luther King, Jr., we can learn to co-create a better world!

Cost: $115 per person, includes lunch & snacks
Registration limited to 30. Participants are asked to be present for the entire training, so that a sense
